Tulip batalinii 'Apricot Jewel' (species)
This is one of a series of reliable hybrid dwarf tulips that increase steadily over many years. Fine apricot-flushed yellow flowers above neat grey foliage. It is very long lived and perfect for rock gardens, raised beds or even underplanting herbaceous peonies. The display gets better every year. Plant the bulbs at least 6" deep in late autumn in well drained soil in full sun. Summer dormant.
