Tulip clus. Peppermint Stick (species)
This form of the lady tulip has larger flowers than the type but of a similar elegant shape. The deep purple anthers contrast with the glistening white interiors. Deep rose outside. Remarkably sturdy for its height and outstanding in the trial at Wisley. Plant the bulbs in late autumn, at least 6" in in well drained soil in full sun.
